Meet the operator behind Smarter Solutions.

I’m Paul Kegelman, founder of Smarter Solutions and a long-time operator at the intersection of product, finance, and operations.

Before starting Smarter Solutions, I led technical product and operational teams focused in financial services and oil tanker logistics — building and scaling complex platforms for clients with high expectations and low tolerance for noise.

At the same time, I’ve been in the trenches helping build and scale a high-touch wellness practice, giving me a front-row seat to what growing service businesses actually need:

  • Thoughtful use of tools and automation
  • A partner who can translate between vision, strategy, and execution
